Ex Ger or External?

When MW moves on in the future, should our next move to bring someone in who knows what it means to win for Rangers? PLG and MW haven't worked and I am disappointed by Weirs influence in this- especially the defence and passion.... didn't he have Lafferty by the throat away to Aberdeen because of the lack of effort on the park. Changed days.

Potential Ex Gers to replace MW:

Walter

Big Eck

Gio

Frank and Ronald De Boer

Barry Ferguson and Neil McCann/Novo as coaches

Derek McInnes

Bomber and Durrant as coach

Terry Butcher

Graeme Souness

Alex Ferguson  (unlikely but you never know)

External candidates:

Robbie Nielson

Harry Redknapp

Neil Warnock

AVB

Bob Bradley

Alan Pardew

Nigel Atkinson

Mike Phelan

Alex Rae, John Brown, Barry Ferguson, Nacho Novo, Terry Butcher, Ian Durant and Graeme Souness and the thought of them being linked makes me feel sick to the pit of my stomach.

Only ones with Rangers connection I'd take is Gio, F De Boer or Alex Ferguson.

I honestly can't believe a discussion is happening on whether or not it should be a Rangers man.

I remember everyone on here ripping in to the other side when they prioritised "Celtic mindedness" in replacing Lennon.

Short fucking memories.

Main criteria has to be managerial skills but if they're also a Rangers man who knows the expectations and demands then that would be an added bonus,I'd be over the moon to see DeBoer but sadly it ain't going to happen certainly not under the current board
