Gaz52 11,837
Apparently a few Chinese clubs want to do their best to sign Rooney by the close of their trainsfer window on Tuesday. "Sky sources" understand he's unlikely to leave but will listen to offers. Tevez is on something mental over there like £650k a week I think? So what would they offer Rooney? Possibly the first £1m a week player? You can tell they're not bothered if these players will actually make an impact now as their best days behind them, it's all about how big of a name they can land. I doubt Rooney wlll go as he still seems to have passion for the game and loves playing, not sure he wants his big pay-day quite yet - saying that he's on something ridiculous at Man U anyway. Captain Hilts 12,819
Rooney apparently already has on offer on the table from the Chinese - a free bottle of Fanta when he next orders a starter and a main. (Stolen from Paddy Power).

FlippinEck 2,962
Depends. If Man UTD are getting a transfer fee for him? And if it's more than they could expect to get selling him to another EPL side for example, surely they will give him a nudge towards China? tannerall 25,933
Apparently he's agreed a deal with Sky in China to have "Wayne Looney" on the back of his shirt so commentators pronounce his name right.
