In Portugal the letter "X" can have three different sounds, "ks" like taxi, "zz" like blaze, "shh" like cash. The letter X however is seldom used and there are however no rules. I'd use the shh sound, (only cause I can). The letter "H" is seldom pronounced in Portuguese. So we have Cashh-IN-a with the empasis on the middle "IN".
