BRITNEY IS NOT FEELING IT 8,293
His level was last season , no good enough for us now
CoatbridgeBear 7,113
Got to go in the summer, he's really not good enough. Week after week he fluffs so many good chances it's at the stage it's pathetic. Today was the final straw, he's done that fuckin striker programme aswell which has done heehaw for him. We need a 25-30 goal striker and he ain't it.
cushynumber 25,178
Nearly, but not quite, the centre we hoped for and need. He is a player that's within touching distance of being fantastic for us, but just can't bridge that final, important, gap
LaudrupsPatrickBoots 13,510
Not good enough and should be allowed to move on. Simply can't afford to miss 2 chances like the ones he had yesterday, not in a game like that. At least 1 of them has to end up in the net, if not both. STEPPS BOY 73,804
A woeful striker. Touch like a blind shoplifter and one of the worst strikers i've seen when 1 v 1 with the keeper.
JC10 1,449
Thought he was one of our best players today, first chance should have been buried but not sure what else he could have done for the second. Did well to get himself in the positions to score.
The Godfather 71,729
He's a flop at this level as a striker. Chokes time after time in the big games. Will score against lower league shite or a penalty and that's about it.
CRARFC 77
He did well. Think he is better through the middle and makes our team a bit more solid because he's not great at tracking back on the right side. If he gets his shooting boots on he will be okay

SPWF 8,210
He's fucking rubbish. Show him the door in the summer.
buster. 1,114
To improve, we need a lot better than Waghorn. IMO he should be moved on in the summer.

Tenerife Bear 1,748
Effort is a minimum requirement of every Rangers player. We need players who can take those chances he wasted.
JR 1,480
Has always been a confidence player - had he taken either or both of those chances at the weekend, I would've backed him to go on a decent scoring run. He may still take something from the game as a whole though, who knows, but we could do with it for the run in and the Cup.
The_Razza 44
He played well yesterday and gave their defence some problems. I think he's much better suited to playing through the middle like that also but he's just not consistent enough in front of goal at this level. The 1v1 he had yesterday needs to be buried, the 2nd he missed was pretty good work from Gordon so I can kinda forgive that one but at this level you need a striker that will consistently put at least 1 of those kind of chances in the back of the net. Being good enough for this level was always the worry with Waggy and a lot of the guys who were brought in by Warburton in his first season and unfortunately it turns out many of them aren't. james_85 656
Never got the composure to score 20-30 goals a season. Any half decent striker would have placed the ball past Gordon.
graeme_4 34,365
Worked his socks off, and held up the ball wall imo. His physicality helped combat their two CBs. Was just what we needed, to prevent the ball bouncing back at us after every clearance under pressure. He's fine as a squad player at CF, but he's not a starter for a League winning team. I said in the match thread at the time yesterday that a Jelavic level of player buries the first one yesterday - that's what investment gets you. That said, there wasn't much else he could have done with the second one. Have to give Gordon credit there, he was off his line very, very quickly to close the angle. Investment is needed in a striker who can finish, we will probably need to sell guys like Waghorn to help fund it and free wages too. He will be no loss though. Agreed with the 2nd one, at the time I was shouting fuck sake Waggy but when you watch it back afterward it was good play by Gordon.
NixonRFC 1,310
best game in a Rangers jersey, he definitely had to take one of those chances but he stood up to the tims and gave us a physicality we've lacked against them
