Hope we do get Miller, he's a great pro, conducts himself well on and off the pitch and understands what it means to be at the club, fits the bill for what Caixinha is looking for.

Miller getting the job makes perfect sense.

Miller is an ideal appointment.

I would be very happy with Kenny, he seems a great choice.

So, you'd be happy with Ferguson or Mccann?

Ferguson? Would I fuck, a very disruptive influence who'd be only interested in ousting Pedro for his own gains.

McCann? Definitely, he's got experience, is intelligent, honest, loves the club, is professional, and will talk in a concise intelligent way which will be easily understandable to the foreign contingent.

Fair enough.

Ally can't return to Ibrox in any capacity, that is just the nature of the best.

Whether it be unfortunate, or not.

He will return at some point but that will be as an ex player/legend not in a managerial capacity. He fucked us all off with how it went and the way he 'navigated' the lower leagues etc etc. The part about gardening and taking the penny shares was in most peoples opinion a bridge too far. However to say he cannot return is not right.

Personally I wouldn't mind Barry coming back into this role. He's a Rangers man and knows the club inside out. He knows what it means to pull on the jersey and is a winner.

I think Kenny, still having possibly another season in him, needs to concentrate on being a player.

Neil McCann I like as a pundit and far too often people doing this kind of work fail in managerial type roles and find it difficult to go back. I think he would be daft to give up what he is actually really good at and under zero pressure doing so.

Ally: the whole gardening leave thing whilst taking his money ruined any little respect I had for him. Someone I had held in such high regard. I share this view with most and therefore he shouldn't return in a managerial capacity.

Outsiders: Bomber, Tel, Oz... all I'd not be too happy with...

What experience has he got?

Jack Ross. Brendan Rodgers reckoned that his St Mirren team were well organised up to the 60 minute mark at Parkhead

Any word as to who is on the short list?

I like the idea of Kenny Miller, he deserves a promotion.

Miller, Mcculoch, McCann and Barry Ferguson apparently
