Defo need the points but good to see the young guys coming in. Been a while since we have been able to do that-and them actually get into games. 

Must be really motivating for the other youngster.

Well fucking obviously they've not been announced in the starting 11.

Also might sound a stupid one but I like When managers call the players by their first name shows a bit of respect from both parties I think. Not the manager thinking he's one of that lads by using their second or shitey nicknames.
