Scouting Network

Was watching Pedro's presser from the other day, he was mentioning assessing the current players and in terms of recruitment looking at Scottish players and players that he worked with from past experiences.

So what I'm asking is, are we actually going to have a scouting network at any point or are we going to do what we did with Warburton and rely on both his and Frank's black book of ex players?

Hopefully Pedro's a better judge of a player than his predecessor.

There is no doubt we can improve the quality of our signings but the idea that Pedro (or any other manager for that matter) is somehow going to discover a plethora of unearthed talent on the cheap is fantasy.

No matter which way you look at it if you give the manager a shoe string budget we are going to be miles behind Celtic that's the sad reality.

We should be bringing in that guy John Park.  Here's a guy with a proven track record who by all accounts wants a job with Rangers.  He's found many good players both in the UK and wider Europe.  Bring him in, give him some resources, and let him be our scouting network for the next few years.
