Firstly, it should be razed. It's an edifice of the past. Built cheaply and not so cheerful. It's had it's day and served it's purpose back in the day. Probably riddled with asbestos and as a building of significance it's not. So, I would raze it and establish a state of the art museum. Reflecting our journey. The story of our founders. Of our heritage. Of our victories and our sad losses. Something of substance and significance that we can value and can be admired by all. Maybe an inherent refreshment type cafe bar and gift shop as a secondary enterprise. A creche for the local community, but never a fucking bar attached to something of great and dignified significance. We have had enough of the cheap and not so chearfulls with king, so If you can't do decent quality, don't fucking do it at all. No nasty cheap makeovers and fuck the pub lark. There's enough already guzzling from the trough as we all fucking know who would be muscling in on the act! King doesn't do value and giving back, unless it's to himself and rewarding his lackeys. Trust that cunt to do the right thing by a museum? It would be something out of the comic books and be secondary to some other money making enterprise to line his and his lackeys pockets. We'd again be a fucking laughing stock and get fleeced for the privilege.
