Airdriebear 0
i know we are all unhappy but what if barry has given plg no alternative but to drop him, what if he tried to force his hand and plg has had to make an example of him.I know barry has been one of our most consistent player this season, but surely there is more to things than this? cooper1989 0
Why do we have to wait until after tomorrow's game? Is it because PLG needs to meet with Murray to explain what happened? Perhaps Murray needs time to sack PLG (i.e. sign the cheque) ? We need answers -- now.Don't understand why we have to wait. Only reason I can think of is that there's a lot going on in the background -- such as sackings, severance and so on.Anyway, looking forward to hearing what Le Guen has to say (if anything). cooper1989 0
Can't see Barry not putting on the Rangers jersey becuase he hates the manager. He's Rangers through and through and easily our best player.

You must have been born after he moved down south then!He told McLeish he wanted to leave Rangers as soon as possible after he had signed a 5 year deal.I'm sure he's told all the fans what they want to hear in his book. All i can say mate is read his book. i know he says that he regrets it, however would you not play and let dm sort it all out?if you have a problem at your work you use the chain of command, if i was barry i would be knocking on dms door and still trying to make a diffrence on the pitch. Muff 245
I cant see Ferguson doing anything to warrant this. He loves the club so much.

No, I just down worship the brown stuff that comes out his ass.I'm a Rangers fan infinitely more than I'm the fan of any one player.I'll hold fire UNTIL I know the facts. Yoy tell us not to make judgements and you are now making judgements regarding Barry because of what happened years ago. You do not know what his circumstances were back then nor do you know what happened behind the scenes in his personal life so you are making judgements that you know nothing about. I'm making it clear that the man left the club he loves. Was that love not strong enough? Loads of players stay at the club they love, Malpass for one and that wasn't even a top club. Finally........I have it on good authority that Barry Ferguson left PLG and DM no choice but strip him of the captaincy. All will be revealed tomorrow, but all I will say is, it is not a kneejerk reaction and the problem has been going on for months and Barry has been given more than enough time to mend his ways and he failed to do so.I am/was a big fan of Barry, but no player is bigger than the club and if PLG's job is on the line, he has every right to put BF's job on the line if he is not following instructons.
