I fear it will never happen under this "humble pie" seeking board.  Fuck the rest of Scottish football, we can have any colour we want for a change kit. Other teams have had an orange kit so we can too.  You can argue to the hilt the reasons behind an orange kit, the main, and fundamental reason right now, is that it would sell in huge numbers making us money!

Those mhanky bastards across the city had an Irish flag inside the collar of their training kits a couple of seasons ago so, as above, fuck them all.

This 100%

It'll never happen.

Too many negative connotations in an era of political correctness and 'bridge building'.

Wasted energy mate.

Then we would be the only team in the land deterred from having a colour of strip which is mental.

Everyone can have an opinion on why it would be great or otherwise. The Board should consult their customers as this specifically is what drives revenue.

If the support want it, and it would maximise sales and profit, that should be uppermost is the Boards decision making.

Ive no interest in the Orange stuff, but if there was a stink kicked up about an orange 2nd or 3rd strip, then those kicking up the stink should be asked why they don't kick up the same stink about the Irish symbolism that's been present throughout sellic's history.

Maybe we should go for a strip based on the Ulster Banner instead, as a nod to our Irish links and a recognition of the fans over there.

Could you imagine the reaction:

Bears would fucking love it & you would see it everywhere! Makes a fortune for the club & further promotes the brand of the strips are seen everywhere!

The rest of Scottish football & no doubt the SNP would be spewing!

No brainier! No surrender!

Imagine something like this except more Ulsterish...

Can you imagine it? People would still go apeshit about it, but they would be massively hypocritical to do so.

No chance, though.

This all day long .

I don't care what ' others ' think , or why we should worry about their paranoia . It really has got nothing to do with them . We should be basing this on what's best for ourselves , particularly with the gulf in finances between us and them .
