Well they are not going to put in a positive one . That is for certain . They are mutant bastards for a reason

I would agree with you 100% about any report. I assume the RO have been told to write this for some reason, just not sure at this stage why.

Seems strange that they would pick a match between us and a Luxembourg team, hardly a high risk event I would have thought - unless of course they have another agenda.  This would be reinforced if they do not send a representative to both Linfield's games against them (if Linfield win through).

If it's true the club do not know who the representative is, they really need to make a stand on this to EUFA.

Numbers game probably . Stack up the complaints and get us at a later date .

This strategy is not the one used for a certain other club in this City of course . Getting done over 20/30 times over last 10 years  and having the fines almost reducing every time takes some doing

I was wondering if the R O had been told to write this because the Club had info that they were sending someone to the game.

It is a disgrace how they have got away with being found guilty so often but only had paltry fines for it.

Of course it is mate . It is almost miraculous and unheard of .

Platini may have gone, but his cohorts must still be playing a blinder

Seen a bit on twitter yesterday about that garbage pay-pal donations sponging site Scottish football monitor e-mailing the Luxembourg FA about Rangers Accounts and that we don't have enough home grown players in the squad FFS.

Add Fare to this and it's not hard to see what the agenda will be come Friday morning.

It's just the beginning . We will start where we left off 5 years ago .Remember how things were then ?

Everyone and their Auntie putting the boot in ,from Scottish media to all the other haters

It will be like groundhog day . All the signings in the world won't make our board grow a backbone and stand up for our club or our great support

Unless a Board member gets a parking ticket or something.

Lawyers on it and statements released before the ink was dry.

FARE to target Rangers again?

June 28, 2017

Ahead of Rangers' European tie against Luxembourg's Progres Neiderkorn, concerns have emerged that FARE (Football Against Racism in Europe) will once again target our club and supporters by sending an 'observer' to the tie.

Rangers fans may recall FARE being responsible for our supporters being banned from the away leg of the Malmo tie in 2011 after their representative submitted a report to UEFA following our ties with PSV Eindhoven. At the time, Rangers accused FARE of disproportionately targeting the club and it appears that history may be about to repeat itself.

Following the UEFA decision to use FARE observers to overrule their own match delegate's report on Rangers, it emerged that Piara Power, the man in charge of FARE, is married to an ardent Celtic fan, Aasmah Mir, who has worked as a broadcaster for the BBC.

FARE 'observers' are anonymous. This means that not even UEFA know who is making the report to them. FARE, who are accountable to nobody,  'guarantee' the integrity of these observers in a system clearly open to massive abuse.

Despite Celtic having played in Europe for several years during our absence from competition, we are not aware of FARE having reported them for anything - despite them receiving a record number of sanctions from UEFA during that period. In fact we are not aware of FARE ever having sent an observer to specifically report on Celtic despite these wide ranging issues.

FARE themselves decide which games they will "target" which leads to an obvious problem with bias. They have also been embroiled in scandals of their own with Powar himself accused of racism. Despite this, UEFA continue to act on FARE reports from the games they choose to attend.

Rangers supporters have been urged by the club over the past couple of days to be on their best behaviour. It appears this may be particularly relevant if FARE have indeed decided to once again target our fans despite a near 6-year absence from European competition. Should FARE send observers, it is sure to once again raise questions about the agenda of the organisation.

Racism is a problem in Scotland.

If that article is accurate then the club will get a horrendous report no matter what.

Lets just enjoy the football and leave the stupidity for RM posters.

yeah Sporting . And you are not wrong . That is the one thing that can be relied upon . And the one reason ,I caution against getting overly excited about all these signings and start to the season .

I will never buy into this board . It is just the same people that were there before .

The ones that were there, when the beggars were blindsiding us for years and taking control of our game.

While they went on the attack . We thought dignified silence and appeasing our support with occasional platitudes would do .

Just makes me angry thinking about how complacent they were then and continue to be
