A fucking love it. Winning the FA Cup has gave him another season in charge which it done the other year when they won it and he stayed and done fuck all in the league. ???

Hope he stays another few years. There has been fans on saying get rid of him for ages but he just keeps plodding along.

The problem is Kroenke doesn't care as long as the cash keeps rolling in, and no one at board level is pushing the Manager.

This is compounded by the new TV deal because missing out on the Champions League cash doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

Over the period of 2008-2011 the board had a choice on who they were going to effectively sell the club to. Hindsight would say they picked the wrong person. Not only that because of who they chose, in David Dein they lost the most influential person in English football - and someone who had the ability and the connections with every club in Europe to make top signings. 

It has also triggered off other consequences such as Farhad Moshiri plowing cash into Everton.

I could write pages and pages of what has happened and the mistakes that were made, some foreseeable, some not, but sadly it is time for Arsene to go at the end of this season.
