gsa 3,906
Had to endure people on here two nights ago telling us all how "excellent" Jack had been since he signed. Can we put that to bed? He's got miles to go before he's a Rangers centre midfielder. Very little influence on games and can't pass forward. Dorrans is nowhere close to the player that was so exciting for West Brom a few years ago and looks physically diminished to the extent that he can't really get around the park or drive forward with any threat. Two "staunch" signings yet the pair of them couldn't put a mark on brown and Armstrong between them. Pathetic.
El Buffalo 120
Bit harsh on Jack he was one of our best players in the first half at least. Dorrans, hodson, pena and wes far worse.
ForeverAndEver 71,372
Dorrans should have been where Pena was and Holt where Dorrans was.
Ferris Bueller 1,569
Jack does what he is meant to do and did to day, unfortunately he's playing next to a passenger in Dorrans who brings absolutely nothing to the team.
the goal machine 7,794
Dorrans was anonymous. Imagine the stick Halliday would get if he played like that against them.
MacBoyd 5,438
They are not good enough. Dorrans shat it
GaryMc 2,394
Dorrans was shit. Has been since first game of the season. Jack was in there on his own and can be content with himself at least.
Prso's headband 35,347
Jack was good today. He does exactly what he has to do and is effective at it. Ive said since the first game, you'll get a 7/10 or more out of Jack every single game but you'll not get anyone else as consistent or better than that every game. That's the problem. K.A.I 36,183
Jack is mince. Thought so when he was at Aberdeen. I flip flopped a little with him due to the pre-season performances but they were false dawns. Didn't expect much from Jack anyway as an average Aberdeen player but Dorrans I'm gutted about thus far. Thought on his day he'd be the best player in Scotland on a par with Sinclair but he's not had one of they days yet. Not great is an understatement for him. Part of it is sitting way too deep in the managers system but we still need more from him.
the brown brogue 1,909
When (if?) they play a prominent-ish role, pretty much all you can say is 'need and tidy' and 'kept it simple', you need a lot more especially when we play with a two man central midfield. MasterD 7,435
Said it loads of times, guys like Jack don't do it for me especially against diddy teams that don't try and play through you. This is the type of games you see a true measure of DM/holding mids and they both failed.
danger ranger 922
Add no pace to the both of them, never Rangers quality, the team as a whole has no pace and can't get out of trouble, can't win second balls, the list goes on and on. Only Pena closing down Brown in first half , kept their midefield at bay Sometimes it looked like 6 v 3 in the middle of the park . That is how easy it was for them . Passing it around with complete ease . Someone said Jack would be our next captain . Heaven forbid
SeparateEntityMyArse 53,622
Let's blame Jack for not controlling that midfield pretty much on his own.

Alves70 393
Neither has been as good as they were hyped to be. Jack is neat and tidy but nothing more, he offers next to nothing going forward. Dorrans has been a massive disappointment all round considering the hype before he signed. Said it before they are just far too similar to play beside each other.
Vanoli 4,625
I'm starting to see why Norwich fans called him 'dithering Dorrans.' He plays the ball forward once a half.

KingKirk 25,605
Jack was good today and has been outstanding this season. Dorrans simply put shat it today and looks like hes pulling a caravan trying to get around the pitch

butthole 149
Jack is so average. He's hardly enforcing games. He's okay but really should be little more than a squad player. None of us are shocked when he isn't near the Scotland squad which says it all.
