Rangers Picture Thread

We won our first title in the 1890/91 season, 130 years on and we are still winning titles.

The picture is of the 1896 team as i coould not find a picture of the 1890/91 team. But I imagine some of those in the photo must have played in that team.

My favourite player of all time. Amazing speed from a standing start, superb crosser of a ball and the dribbling skills to leave most fullbacks looking like donkeys.
One of my favourite memories of him was him beating an Airdrie fullback then going back and doing it again. Suffice to say next time he went to go past him the guy put him about 8ft in the air.:crywank:

he prob new the player as the wee man was a ball boy at airdrie.
