FSM 20,892
Thinking about @Moody Blue Legend last night (not in that way) sitting amongst the Fraserburgh fans, singing their songs and booing us, it made me wonder what it would be like sitting in the away section at Ibrox as a Rangers fan. Longshot (and possibly slightly spasticated) question, but anyone ever done it and is brave enough to admit it? Maybe some mate/relative who supports the away team gave you a free ticket? Davy Vandenbroucke 26,949
I was there when we played AC Milan in a friendly in 2009 as while my mate is a bear his da is Italian and supports Milan so I sat with them, mainly out of curiosity to see what it was like. Felt weird tbh.
Dazzler 2,428
Got complimentary tickets from a Morton player (Rowan Alexander)so was in with the away end for that powder keg fixture. My cousin hasbeen in the jungle during an old firm game. Don't know how he managed it.

Ivybank 4,846
Off topic a bit,but my nephew used to be a physio for a premier league team, and the abuse he got at ibrox was the worst?

A few dirty looks but no aggro from the Morton fans. No pies or coke from the home fans.
JimmyCR1 1,566
When we played Ac Milan legends a few years back and everyone who was picking up tickets were stuck outside half an hour into the game, they just started letting us in and that’s where I ended up. Besides that na.

Was in the Scum end at the girodome for a 3-3 draw about 35 - 40 years ago. It helps to know you would be knifed if you open your mouth. Still difficult not to cheer though
mearns loyal 2,838
Started off in the pape end at the Tam Forsyth cup final and eventually got into the old enclosure and started in the Aberdeen end of Pittodrie when we won the league. Had to move after Butchers goal ? And I forgot about the Dundee United end the night we clinched nine in a row...

rfc1990 1,140
My old man was in the away end when Montrose played at Ibrox. He's a Rangers fan and lives in Montrose. Got the Montrose supporters bus down to Glasgow and was wearing a Union Jack beanie/hat/whatever you want to call it. Came home and said they just got 90 minutes of abuse from the Rangers fans.

Broxi 12,202
No but I sat in the home end at Old Trafford when we drew 0-0 with them in the Champions League around 2010 or whatever.
GOAT 30,449
Aye, but it wasn’t the away section when I did.
GOAT 30,449
Away from home, I’ve sat in the home end at Dumbarton twice, Villarreal, PSV Eindhoven and Motherwell.  Apart from Motherwell, it wasn’t that bad and the home supports knew exactly what team I was.
Queensferry Bear 3
Sat with the East Stirling fans for the Scottish Cup game at Ibrox in 2008. Played for their u17s at the time and we all got comps. Don't know how people can sit in the home end at places like parkhead, easter road, pittodrie
