Is there anybody there - at the Club?   Any senior responsible persons at all?  Have they all dug themselves into a bunker somewhere?   No senior responsible Director or MD or DOF or anyone to get on Rangers TV to show some leadership to a Support that has experienced a rank awful season?   No visible leadership?  Nothing to say to anyone except themselves?

Feels a bit like a siege mentality has taken hold at the Ibrox boardroom and in their management offices.

A bit like the first team they've just hidden away somewhere.

What is it?  Stellar judgement in letting the dust settle before trying to rally the troops?   Incompetence?  Sheer cowardice?   Executive fright at not having a clue about what to do or say?   Some clever PR tactic orchestrated by Traynor to let the storm ride out a bit because - guess what - the vast majority of STs will be sold regardless so the board is on solid ground in just plain doing nothing?    I sure as fuck don't know.   But saying and doing nothing and failing to give an effective lead after all this shambles does nothing whatsoever to convince me that this Board and the management team have any idea whatsoever about what to do to restore Rangers' football fortunes.

Right now I see the Club being run as a happening.  Not managed.  Not led.  Not inspired.  Not directed.  Just a fucking happening.   But if it isn't then lets see some proper, effective, dynamic and decisive leadership.

David Edgar mentioned this on the H&H podcast tonight and said that the media were told by the club that they couldn’t put Murty in front of the camera because he was in no fit state for it. Also said the phrase “duty of care” was mentioned. What a fuckin disgrace.

the guy nearly busts into tears every fuckin time you see him right enough, so this is no surprise.
