Popular Post .Williamson. 82,019
celtic supporters will never forget the day they won the Scottish Premiership title by beating Rangers 5-0. The Bhoys secured their seventh consecutive title in stunning fashion at celtic Park on Sunday. Rangers are currently third in the table but the gulf in class remains extremely wide. The two clubs have played each other twice in April and celtic have come out on top by an aggregate scoreline of 9-0. If Steven Gerrard does take over from Graeme Murty at the end of the season, he has an almighty job on his hands. Brendan Rodgers is on the verge of completing the double-treble and he recently claimed to be in the best job in the world, so it doesn’t sound like he plans to leave anytime soon. Barry Ferguson, writing in his column for the Daily Record, wanted something positive to say about the performance but he was left sounding utterly depressed. FERGUSON: 'IT HURTS' “Another Old Firm horror show. It’s a struggle to find the words to describe it,” the Rangers legend said. It was the sight of celtic players pointing and laughing at an empty Rangers end, that had been mostly cleared before full-time, that really got to Ferguson. “As a Rangers fan it’s difficult to watch Mikael Lustig putting on a policeman’s hat to celebrate a goal.” The concern for Ferguson, who won five Scottish titles with Rangers, is he doesn’t expect the players to be cut up by the embarrassment. “I hope it’s hurting those guys in the dressing room but that’s the worrying thing, I don’t think it really hurts them,” he continued. “Were there choice words said at full-time? I doubt it.” There should have been heads rolling, people should have been squaring up to one another, boys should be getting called out. “That’s what happens with teams who have a winning mentality, people who don’t deliver get called out. But I worry nothing has been said, it’s straight into the shower and straight onto the bus.” Sparkle, bob1873, OneDavidCooper and 3 others

Popular Post K.A.I 36,183
Nothing he says there is untrue or anything but I find it strange with him being so friendly with Scott Brown and Neil Lennon sucking up their arses, how it hurts the rest of the Rangers support with his own actions. I don't doubt he's hurting, but Rangers men like him are part of the problem too. However having re-read he's 110% correct to point out that no-one in our team actually cares and is devoid of any winning mentality. That's our biggest problem and as I said yesterday I think it's went beyond the point of repair where we need to cut the rot out and get rid of them all. 40delboy40 248
Choice words at full time Barry? Wallace and Miller are suspended on the strength of choice words. Bottom line is players don't give a toss.

I'm not denying that but my point is, the actions of guys like Griffiths and Brown is a product and consequence of guys like Barry Ferguson, Rae, DJ, Derek Ferguson, Dodds, Butcher etc in the media and the the Scottish footballing circles not defending us like Rangers men should and allowing an environment of hate to spiral out of control ...this hasn't happened overnight and it's ironic as Ferguson is hurting and can't see it. BlueKnight87 17,281
Don't often agree with Ferguson but he's spot on here. None of these players are hurting the way we are. They don't seem to care. I bet not a word was said in that dressing room after the game. We need to get rid of the majority of them and bring in players with a winning mentality

Ger_onimo 20,488
Who gives a fuck about them laughing at our empty stand? We all know they’d have much preferred our fans to still be there so they could rub it in. In fact, despite what they will say, there is no way they enjoyed yesterday as much as they should have, because most of us really didn’t give a fuck by the end of it. eejay the dj

Not sure how old you are, not that I'm having a dig at your post or anything but I'm 52 and the change I've seen in Scottish attitudes in the past 40 odd years that I've been paying attention have been quite dramatic. As a group we Rangers fans specifically and the whole Protestant, unionist and loyalist community in general have been sidelined. Now if I was to go into everything this post would be so long no one would read it, but things have gone too far in the direction of the republicans, rc community etc. with no apparent sign tbat Scottish society is willing to call them out on the double standards being applied. Maybe It's time we had a fucking civil war and get these cunts dead and buried. SK Rfc, Kaydubya11, Vwbear and 8 others

They've swaggered about ripping the piss out of our fans, players and managers for 2 seasons now and not one person out with the support gives a single flying fuck. Absolutely despise everything about our club at the moment, fans aside of course.
