See the daily mail stuck the knife in to big bad Rangers terrible headline with the guy maybe dying

Yeah , saw that .

You just have to see @GOAT 's excellent post on Page 7 to see SAF's point of view . There were many factors , main one being the arrival of Colin Stein .

Some brain surgeon came on the radio and gave the facts. Out of 10, 4 die within a month, 4 recover with some kind of lifelong disability and the remaining 2 pull thru for a full recovery.

Let's hope he's one of the two and takes his seat at Old Trafford again.

Fergie could probably get a squad made up of the first two categories and win the spfl with them.

Is that you Houston? You're the only half-wit I know who gets that annoyed with facts.

There can't be another as half witted that supports Rangers can there?

Dingwall?

In the shop getting my lunch there and the main headline on the front page of The Sun is Rodgers prays for Fergie or something to that effect

Desperate stuff

That’s totally cringeworthy “journalism”.

If, as we all hope, he does pull through that gutter rag will probably say “Brendan’s prayers”saved him.

I hope Sir Alex is recovering. Is there any news on his progress or what caused the coma and brain bleed?

Not as yet, Sweetheart

Been thinking on him non-stop since the news broke and keeping fingers & toes crossed for his complete recovery. A shame he ended up leaving but you know his heart is still at Ibrox and he will always be one of us. Get well soon, big man.

Has Walter spoke about it ?  He and Walter were very close for decades, long before Walter ever came to Rangers.

He must be gutted as we all are but it's more personal as both wife's will probably be friends also now.

Keep fighting Fergie, you took Aberdeen to heights that just does not happen in football and you did what so many failed to do before you and that was to win the title with Man United in 92/93 and then it became the normal along with doubles and even the treble in 1999.

Walter isn’t of the generation to be using social media to pass on messages I suppose,.

Walter is 'Old School Rangers' and will have contacted the family personally not via the media, social or otherwise.
