Granted though ‘done alright’ isn’t glowing. Lets hope we get a bit more, there is plenty time. Point taken about contracts however Klopps had a look at this lad, gave him 1st team football and since a new contract. Just think we need to keep the heid a bit, a week the gaffer has been in. A big opportunity for the lad to improve his game under Gerrard's management......and prove he has what it takes to be a top player. He's being given a great opportunity. I'd like to suppose a lot of young very good players would like the opportunity to prove their worth under Gerrard's leadership....but few will be chosen. K.A.I 36,183 Posted June 7, 2018 Share Posted June 7, 2018 Btw I’ve just watched a couple of YouTube videos for him playing (meh in one and pretty badly in the other) for Liverpool against Herta Berlin and Athletico Bilbao and he’s playing a holding midfielders role in both these games I’ve seen a few people say he’s an attacking midfielder - did he change position when he went to Sunderland?
