SFA: ASLEEP ON THE JOB

Recommended Posts

there will be a lot more to come from this .

know a story of a youth coach who took abuse claims to the SFA within the last 5yrs .SFA turned a blind eye and also made it difficult for the guy to continue working .

he has been waiting for a particular case to go through the courts before he goes public .

don't know his name .can't remember .was told by a guy I know through work (tarrier) and he was quite vocal in his backing of the coach as his son was coached by him and has lost interest since his coach was suspended .

Nice sentiment to the article, fuck all will happen as we are all aware as we have done FUCK all for years and known about it.

Why we never raise this or push it is beyond me, always has been, no point in one bloke standing up and saying something as they will be ignored. Trying to get anything else organised from our support is like trying to catch rain and hold it in your open fingers, it ain't happening.

Maybe we need our SLO involved, we could all get together in a boozer, just wonder which one?

Read the Scum in the pub there, double page spread about the SFA child abuse. Picture over to pages with a young boy and take it his coach, young boy all blue strip the coach all in blue with a touch of red, his hand on the boys shoulder. Bottom right page article stating how the Scum exposed ,the abuse on Scottish Football. Harry Dunn of Rangers and Gordon Neely of Rangers. WTF no mention of decades of bheast fc abusing kids and covering it up.

I saw this as well

i think the must have some sort of super injunction to prevent the press from even mentioning the whole sordid affair that went on at that rhancid den of eniquity and the subsequent cover up job to preserve their "good name" and questions need asked who allowed the sexual predator Torbett to return knowing full well what he had done and was capable of?

Filthy bastards

“The independent report branded policies "inadequate'' and called for a "significant and serious sea-change'' in the culture of Scottish football to reduce the risk of abuse taking place. The review panel, chaired by Martin Henry, criticised a "lack of leadership and inadequate governance'' when it comes to child protection.”

It’s starting to look like it’s going to be collective responsibility from the whole of Scottish football for the scums paedophile ring. They had a rule in place during the independent report that specifies legal action can be taking against member clubs but have now removed this. The corruption in Scottish football should result in jail terms.

Section 9 of this now removed link said.

"Section 5 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 creates a statutory duty to report any suspicions of child abuse i.e. a duty to do what is reasonable in all the circumstances to safeguard the child's health, development and welfare.”Failure to report concerns, turning a blind eye or failing to protect a child may result in legal action."

Legal action is now being taken against the SFA by six people. Their lawyers say that the SFA must take responsibility for ensuring people working within the game are fit and responsible  people and are responsible for children’s welfare.  Is it not correct that the SFA blamed Rangers for not doing the research on White and fined the club because he was not a fit and responsible person.

why was the rule removed that allowed individual clubs to face legal action .

we all know who was to protect ,an investigation is needed to find out the process and reason behind this decision .

as a result the SFA will carry the can for any misdemeanors .a burden shared by all member clubs

It was always going to end this way. The Scottish football authorities are going to use the same excuse they used for the Scottish cup final debacle. There is nothing in our policies that allows us to take action against member clubs. This rule was a major obstacle that they had to remove.

I think a precedent was set when they fined Rangers for not doing checks that White was a fit and proper person. I think White was also fined and did not pay it resulting in the club having to pay it. The SFA May accept that they are responsible however can still sanction clubs involved. Hopefully they have nothing on Rangers as they removed Neely when it came to their attention. Hibs covered it up just like the team from the east.

Clearly penned by a guy called Brendan or Anthony

These reptiles are everywhere in Scotlands media

This is orchestrated from the top at Bheast fc ..No doubts about it

There is an army of helpers out there able and willing for the cause

We have a fractured support. Filled with big egos and cunts ,that care more about there own status than the club's ultimate name and welfare

And then there's King ,our brave board of statement lovers and James Traynor who is playing then like a violin
