We are in safe hands this season

Got to agree, the way we played when we went down to 10 men was great to see. Last season we would have folded and lost that, in the end the only reason we’re only coming away with a point was because we tired after playing 80mins with ten men.

Despite the mistakes for their goal we look so much more solid at the back, and our midfield really battle for everything, was great to watch. Hope Ryan Jack is ok he was without doubt my motm, outstanding.

It’s a shame we didn’t get the three points but the improvement on last season is clear as day. If we can play like that week in week out and maybe get a bit sharper in the final third we’ll be in a title race all the way I’m sure of that.

Very impressed with the performance I am sure we would have won comfortably with 11 men. We are definitely a much better side and still a few more players to come in. Other clubs fans will be laughing at the result but I can see us winning the majority of games this season and dishing out a few hidings

We may not win the league, but that is the best Rangers team since Walter left.

Windass is our weak link. The sooner he leaves the better IMO.

Although disappointed at this result, we will take the scum all the way this season.

Spot on. Completey agree.

Windass should have been off 25 minutes into the second half, was obvious.

Captain's still a shitebag that caused that goal due to it

You'll get shit for that last bit, but you're spot on.

That could be the difference between taking this title or not. We simply should not persist with the very obvious weak links.

Great team performance, my only gripe is that the boy Ejaria looks a little bit like a luxury player and today when we are down to ten men I thought he was the wrong choice to come on for Jack especially with Windass still on the field. I could see the thinking that he wanted to keep the pace of Windass on and the passing of Ejaria but he didn't really get on the ball. From the time Jack went off was the best spell for Aberdeen.

Very true - but Murphy is a close second.

We controlled the game with 11 men and with 10 men we looked so comfortable. They had about 2 chances from open play. Effectively playing 4-5-0 worked a treat. The sheep couldn't get down the wings because of our width, and they couldn't get through the middle because of Couilbaly, Arfield and especially Jack chasing and pressing everything. They then reverted to long balls that our two centre halves (and Flanagan) in particular gobbled up. Tactically I thought we were good. Murphy and Windass will get stick but a lot of their pressing and running off the ball made it easier for our midfielders and defenders as the sheep players, even with the extra man still had no time on the ball and couldn't find any options. Our fitness, hunger, desire were to be admired and can't be faulted.

It hurts so bad to concede so late. It feels like a loss and it's easy to nit pick and over analyse but ultimately I thought we were impressive despite everything that has gone against us. McKenna not being punished, Morelos being harshly punished (albeit he has to show restraint), Arfield and Goldson being booked for nothing, Shinnie not being punished, Ball not even being booked let alone sent off and then arguably the biggest blow, Jack going off injured (and quelle surprise May getting away with it).

We have lost two points, make no mistake about it but we were just so fucking unlucky. For 93 minutes we were in total control. We deserved the 3 points. We were literally a few minutes or a Goldson block away from a fully deserved 3 points. Just fucking gutting.

With 11 men we win easily IMO.
