With them leaving half their first team in Russia and the fitness coach being in charge, this should really be a formality tonight. Complacency will be our biggest worry.

is that some girl with a beard in that avatar pic? Face looks as feminine as creampuff after a bukkake party.

Really?

i know we have improved but ffs this is European football. We are nowhere near good enough to allow complacency to enter the equation against Spartak Moscow.

This is a team with champions league experience. We got beat off livingston a couple of weeks ago and are 5th in our league.

I don’t think complacency will be any kind of issue

The media have done their best to big up the tarriers group so when they don’t get out of it it’s ok because our gallowgate heroes tried so hard and still picked up 3 points.

Whereas anytime any team in our group is talked about they’re in total disarray, pish, or not as good as they were years ago.

3 of they 7 players were never playing anyway for a start and even Gerrard said they mix it up constantly so they don’t have a settled starting 11

We’ve got the harder group, the most successful club in Austria, the 5th best team in Spain behind the usual suspects and recent Russian champions.

The tarriers are playing energy drinks workmans clubs.

Fucking into them Rangers

Press setting us up for a fall here. Of the 7 they only name 3, 1 of whom is suspended and the other 2 have been exiled for weeks from the first team.

Been thinking the same. Was going to suggest changing the thread title to :

No surprise to see the BBC running with this..

They are good team with good players throughout. Will be a tough match and we will have to be at our best regardless of what team they put out.

Yep, the style of reporting that makes it a "no win" scenario for us regardless of the result.

They are a good team, and still have a few internationals in there. We will need to continue playing the way we have at home with any chance of winning. Great opportunity for us to put ourselves within touching distance of the next stage.

We are a young team though, and others shouldn't forget that. Shows you the difference in reporting though where a much more experienced celtic team are ok to go and get a regular pumping ( "brave"), where as they pile an expectation on us to win every game in europe.

The truest statement was made after last European game (maybe by you,  cant remember)...

The taigs loss was talked about as if they had just played a team on par with Barcelona.

Our win over Rapid was talked about like we had beat a team on par with Accrington Stanley.
