Sometimes you can over analyse the line up, tactics, subs (or lack thereof), the manager should have done this, that, the other. Obviously as the manager Gerrard has to take blame however sometimes players just make huge mistakes at crucial times that you can't account for. That combined with some bad luck and we are where we are. I thought second half we started okay, almost go 4-2 up then 2 crazy minutes in particular shortly after cost us big time.
