Gone are the days when you'd see a player pick up the ball, go on a maisie run, skip past 6 tackles and bang one in the postage stamp; now they play for the tackle coming in and go down like they're mortally wounded at the slightest contact. It's become a such a part of the game you hear commentators say things like "He's entitled to go down there." and the sport is a lot less exciting as a result.
