Tend to agree with the OP in that I've been disappointed but certainly not writing him off. He may be just back from injury but I think people have forgotten his very average displays before the injury (his debut aside). We can properly judge once he has had a decent run of games but right now I remain unimpressed. Hopefully that changes.

If he’s that good how did we manage to get him so cheap? Never impressed me yet

You realise good players are found on the cheap all the time and it's only when they hit the main leagues in Europe their prices sky rocket?

For all those that say he’s shit, just what are you expecting him to be doing.

He got forward more than Halliday defended better than Flanagan ( not hard ill give you that) got the best balls into the box of anyone else in the team, unfortunately Laff has the unnerving ability to make the wrong run time after time.

So if he’s shite tell us what you expect him to be doing???

What? Lol. On for 20 minutes at LEFT BACK. What the fuck are you expecting? A hat trick and 2 assists?

FWIW he actually put in some decent balls but that’s hard when you have Kyle Lafferty and a 4 ft Candeias in the middle

Croatian internationalist for World Cup finalists but written off after a poor half an hour coming back from injury? This place is fucking mental.

He has moved to a new country to a new team more than likely playing a new style of football? Give him a chance to settle ffs. We are hardly going to be signing Ben Mendy with the funds we have.
