Gman36 3,455
In his post match interview he said the team lacked passion. Fucking disgrace if its the case the players are observing a lack of passion in some of the team. Do they not see at home to at johnstone is must win to keep the pressure on the scum? Are they not that bothered about us pushing to win the league?

He is correct but, weve seen this team play with aggresion and passion but basically at least once a month one of these performances appear from nowhere were they look totally uninterested. He's rightly scunnered with them and hopes he can drop some on Wednesday. He's literally saying he can't trust them to deliver everything positive he sees in training, that he knows it's like he's on repeat as it's happening too often. Players will routinely hit patchy form but it's simply unacceptable for the commitment, drive, effort and following instructions not to be there. For us, it's not the odd player here or there, when it happens it's a majority that are well below pass marks. As a player he was talented and naturally a winner. No wonder raging that this lot have ability but are so sadly lacking in leadership and winner qualities. Early days in his managerial career, but it continuing here will depend on his ability to address it in the next one, maximum two windows. Done his job well today and the only one who gets a pass, maybe Kamara as well at a push it was an ok debut. Yep that throw was the pass of the game, if that makes sense ! McEwan's Lager 30,516
Made one good save but looked a bomb scare most of the match. Doesn't inspire confidence at all.

Like you said players will hit patchy form but we have been on good form a couple of times this season and then the wheels suddenly come off again, my 1 criticism of Gerrard is his need to find something different than 4-3-3 against teams that will sit in. To many times this season we have seen the same match over and over its becoming predictable at times now.
