So whats everyones predictions for the season to come, with only one week to the kick off heres some of mine

End of year position: 2nd (improvements on the squad have been made and well make a better challenge but just dont think the squads quite there yet)

Cup peformance: One Final and one Quarter final, possible a win in the Scottish cup

Europe performance: CL group stages with a 3rd place finish and depending on draws a QF UEFA cup appearence

POTY: Carlos Cueller

Revelation of the season: Dean Furman (few games playing well in the first team I reckon)

Young POTY: Alan Hutton

Top Scorer: Kris Boyd (easy choice)

Signings before the end of the transfer window: Steven Naismith, Diego Placente and a RW possibly Whittaker.

All in all if the above went our way I wouldnt be too disappointed with a cup and challenging for the league, maybe erring on pessimstic rather than optimistic.

You never know i belive the goal yesterday will give him the confidence to go on and score 20-30 this season. He defo has the fans backing and were all behind him (tu)

I disagree, unless you mean our piss taking. :craphead:

Age restriction for Young POTY I was going on SFA etc. restrictions which I think are still 23? Which would make Hutton eligible as hes a year older than me making him 22? 23 this year I think.

Predictions:

New #1 Keeper -- Carrol

POTY: Barry -- but Cuellar honourable mention

YPOTY: Hutton

SPL: 1st

CL: Group Stages -- perhaps get out if not QF UEFA Cup maybe SF

Boyd will lose his place by October.

A good year for us since our back 4 is tremendous. We will be difficult to beat.. but I do think we will have trouble scoring and Boyd will suffer because of this.
