Ridiculous idea about loan players

That's a great idea.

We currently fight tooth and nail to get top quality players in on loan but what we should do is be the only club looking to charge the loaning club to do so. They'll be falling over themselves to deal with us to their cost.

🤣

It's akin to asking a landlord for a % of the sale of a property you once rented from them - can't see it taking off.

It is if the house was shite when you moved into it, and them you done it up before you gave it back.

I agree mate ..... but stranger things have happened in property dealings involving the GCC and their works team around the east end of Glasgow ...... on more than one occasion too .... :p:

Well in that scenario you need to ask yourself why you are moving in to a shite tip in the first place!

Not a bad idea in theory. Probably wouldn’t ever work.

Say for example we loan a player rated at 4m by the parent club. A successful season at us and they end up getting 10m. 5-10% of the profit added onto the valuation at the end of the loan move.

Effectively getting a development fee.
