Aribo has found space but then been absolute crap when he's got the ball.  He keeps turning back and not running at defenders or even looking for forward passes.  Defoe hasn't helped by being horrendous, constantly offside and unable to hold onto the ball.  We need Jones/Ojo for Aribo and Morelos for Defoe.

They bossed it by controlling the midfield, and having a quality striker up front. 

No disrespect to  Jack and Arfield who will do a job for us, but we really need a quality midfielder with strength who can hold the ball and run with it, looking for options, football ability alone doesn't get you by in Old Firm games, you need an arrogant bastard in midfield, which we ain't had since Souness,and Aribo and Kamara won't be cutting that any time soon.

We either need Aribo into the middle and Kamara off, or Arfield into the middle, Aribo and Kamara off, Jones and Ojo on. Or we need a mixture of the above with Ojo, Morelos and Jones coming on.

Kamara and Aribo both want far too much time on the ball.  Need to be moving it a lot quicker.  No natural width, no-one to hold the ball up.

 

Jones and Morelos on for Kamara and Defoe.   Put Aribo central again.  Would have a low threshold for getting Ojo on for him and get Airfield into the middle if we're still struggling on the second half.

Management have done lennons job for him here nullifying our attacking threat, everything good we've done offensively under Gerrard has been down the flanks. Get Aribo off, two biggest games of the season so far and he's shat it, Kamara too, put Jones and Ojo on the flanks and drop Arfield into a midfield three with jack and Davis.
