Having issues purchasing the package for my ST, it says in order to purchase  i must have previously purchased a uefa online mover requirement? To proceed purchase uefa online mover requirement. Where do a get one of those?  I can see my seats available why the fuck do they insist on making simple customer transactions a mission? Take my money and activate my card ffs.

 

And also is it paper tickets only for this as fulfilment says collect or post. 

 

As usual, clowns running our tickets. Feel bad for older bears not used to this pish as well. 

 

Due to fuck their £111 off and just stream it from the armchair.

The guy i got on the phone wasnt  from the govan TO, some call centre. He didnt know what the uefa thing was either.

The first call center i got tried to put me to the govan TO but all i got was " i am a bluenose loyal and true" repeated for 10 mins occasioally interrupted by some prerecorded feminine sounding male telling me to hang on for a representative. 

After being debited £1.30 plus network fees in 10 mins i hung up and tried the option 1 again. That time i got through to the call centre outwith Glasgow and the gentleman sorted it all out.
