stewaj3 1,443
Best player in the league imo. A class above. He is playing like he's 25. Thought he was immense today and I've lost track of the amount of times I've said that. We've got some great players and you could consider others, such as jack or Morelos, but Davis has been so good. To think after the first 5 games or so back I thought he might be past it 😂 unbelievable signing.

But Davis is and was excellent 😁
cascadeshrimp 1,393
Excellent again today I think it's key that both he and Defoe are being well managed by our gaffer

bluenoz 29,299
I will be the first to admit I thought those kinds of performances were behind him. He was outstanding today and has been for most of the season.
Sparkle 51,809
In a team where every player was excellent, he was head and shoulders the best. Absolute class today.
Siam69 25,387
Been great all season, as he was end of last, once fit and a run of games. He's a class player, always was.

To think he's away to turn 35 in a few months too. When did we last have a midfielder of that age perform like Davis is now?
BlueAvenger 9,518
Man of the Match today. Outstanding. I'm one of the tossers that thought his his best days were over !!
geneva_ger 8,867
Same as most of the comments here regarding his status. Maybe takes a few split seconds longer to collect and turn to face the play but glad he's back with us. 🏐
Rlm 406
He was good at Southampton....playing down south has helped his game no end coming back. Met the guy in 2016 in the middle east on the beach he was first class and just a grounded kind of person. Very humble kid.

Valance1690 3,674
Was outstanding today Think those kind of games suit him, at home with the atmosphere buzzing against a team who weren't interested in attacking, he had all the space in the world. Considering that's the vast majority of our games in Scotland he'll do well for us. Against the taigs/in Europe though with teams pressing higher up the park I'd rather we tried something different with Jack/Arfield & Aribo/King/Kamara instead. Keeps Davis fit for other games in the league considering his age.

I think his last 6 months has been the best he's had in his career at Rangers. Before he was looked upon to drive forward and score goals. Look at him now, he hardly takes a shot and seems far more comfortable just dictating the play. But as the bold yin says, a rat bastard. Just only started clapping him coming off. McGregor's name used to be sung anytime he made a big save or after HT when he went to the Broomloan/Copland. That doesn't happen anymore. They'll only be half forgiven if they stop the tarriers doing 10IAR.
