The effect Gerrard has had on him is brilliant. Ive always liked him and stuck up for him. However I really wish he would work on becoming the complete midfielder by practicing his shooting. I honestly play 5 a side with guys who have a far higher technique in striking a ball. His shot near the end of the game today underlines this. He's excellent but I hope he realises that it's important he adds more goals in order to take his game to the next level.
