Got a wee bit of grit in my eye there.

Great gesture by all at Rangers,  The Rangers Charity Foundation for making this a reality and not just a dream, and SG to take time out to meet the fella and give him an experience he will cherish.

Stay strong Dougie.

Really sad to watch and and could not stop wee tear or two. Great that his son got in contact with the Club and yes they do these things just so well, it makes you proud to be one of the people.

Dougie seems such a nice guy, what a shame that bloody illness has got hold of him. :depressed:

Outstanding from the club and Dougie will never forget it. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

I’ve had two genuine idols, Mark Walters and Barry Ferguson.

Ive been lucky enough to spend time with Barry as a family relation is good mates with him.

I’d love to meet Mark though. I truly wanted to be Walters when I was a boy.

Really glad he had that day out at the love of his life, and hope it helps in his battle.

Can only reiterate what you've said mate.

Feel grateful the club has done this, its what you'd really want to happen to someone like Dougie, well played all involved.
