There are plenty of young lads that go to the game who just don’t know the history of what they’re singing. There are also idiots in our support just like every club has who do need to be told exactly what to do because they’re not intelligent, and frankly this is the most concerning group because they’re less likely to be able to change. I don’t agree that we should be banning songs because at the end of the day freedom of speech is fundamental to a free society. However, this is the clubs stance because we are being attacked by other organisations which have power over us, therefore I support the clubs stance. That'll only get a couple of grand fine year after year. Singing a couple of "dodgy" songs will get you heavily fined, stadium closures and possibly banned from European Competition.
