The 16-year-old made the move to the Light Blues from Czech club Pardubice during the summer. The midfielder then helped the young Gers to a third-place finish at the Spartak Cup in Russia. Hampl's move was never officially confirmed by the Ibrox club but he has now taken matters into his own hands. He posted a picture of himself on Instagram with a Rangers scarf above his head while wearing a club tracksuit. And he said: "I'm happy to join this club, ready for new challenges." Fellow Rangers youngsters Dire Mebude - brother of Dapo - and Kane Ritchie-Hosler congratulated him on joining the club. Hampl previously had trials with Manchester United and Portuguese giants Benfica.
