I give up your an idiot. This is what I said, they won’t do anything to upset their football team, include covering up for enablers of child abuse.

Have a nice day!

The cunts showed their cards a long time ago allowing cunts like republican Rose to turn up at Holyrood wearing the green and grey

Playing behind closed doors won’t help lower league clubs it will cripple them

No gate money and win ,point and goal bonuses paid out with nothing coming in to pay for them

You're right. I've been saying it for days. Closed doors and suspending the league will kill lots of clubs.

That’s until the inevitable happens and a player has to self isolate,

dozens of players at the very least will get this over the next month ,

Total farce to carry on behind closed doors

Ultimately the responsibility of the league lies with the SFA/SPFL although having admitted that they have no money they will be wary of making a decision. Scrub that they are pretty incapable of making a decision.

I would imagine the situation will become clearer after Tuesday when UEFA meets as ultimately without them taking action on the likes of Euro championships and the Europa/UCL many associations cannot act.

The SPFL could turn round tomorrow and say we are closing for 6 weeks until we can have crowds again (its just an example) but if UEFA are adamant that international games go ahead and Euros also this curtails when clubs can play domestic games.

Ah of course, because the Tories blew the lid right off the abuse stuff didn't they?

I doubt closing the leagues down will have that much of an effect financially on clubs. They are only about four to five home games left across leagues?

Prize monies can still be distributed according to suspended league positions.

All it takes is a player or two from any team to come down with virus, meaning his team mates and coaching staff must go into two weeks of self isolation and therefore fixtures cannot be met. And that will happen. Already happened in other countries including England.

Players Union ought to be insisting that health and safety of club employees is more important than the need to complete the season.

This virus will only get worse before it gets better.

Hopefully UEFA will take action next week and force the SFA to do the right thing.

They now have virtually no income. Prize money etc is distributed through the season already.

This is where the relief loans from the Government should kick in.

This is not restricted to football. Cinemas, pubs, retail outlets and restaurants will all be hit with reduced custom.

They reckon this will peak end of May that’s  at least 8 weeks away ,then there is is drop off period after the peak ,when will those levels be low enough for it be ok to play ?

Your talking pre season training time

which is why UEFA really need to act first and clarify whats happening this season but also next season with regards to competitions....we can't really have qualifiers starting in June for the Europa at this stage

Think the prediction is that the peak will be in about 14 weeks, and is expected to run for about 5 weeks. Things wont really start to pick up till end of July would be my guess.

It is good that they have intervened, it’s their job but it’s done with zero thought to how their intervention will affect all but one club. How a political party can be so inextricably linked to a football team is absurd, they can’t derail the chances of this team winning a title but they can put measures in place that might cause other teams to fold.

How can prize money be distributed if the final positions are not known?

If their survival is so fragile because four home games get cancelled, the problem is not the virus.

Because it's not just prize money. TV money and prize money is pooled and paid throughout the year. Clubs will be guaranteed a minimum payment based on their division, with that amount paid out over the course of the campaign and their final position will trigger a final payment.

So what do you propose? Every set of circumstances - bar continuing as normal - will affect every club in Scotland worse than celtic.

It sounds great in theory but will only realistically cover a small % of the shortfall businesses face.
