The SPFL would call it a "robust speech" but everyone else would think it an "aggressive and threatening speech". It was so "rousing" and obviously against the motion because the DR states that despite Lawwell giving it his best shot, the previously undecided and pro-tim Livingston decided to vote for the inquiry.
