WE have been presented with evidence via a whistleblower that raises serious concerns surrounding the SPFL’s processes relating to its stewardship of the voting on the resolution presented to member C

Hope you dont mind mate but thought I'd give the Hornets nest a wee stir...

Heres the question i want asked, where in the rule book does it say you cannot distribute the money without handing out the league championship, where exactly does it say that.

They should do what they do in poker  everyone gets last place money at the minute then when the other shit gets sorted they give out the rest. In poker there is a thing called a chip chop everyone left gets last place money they then add up prize money that's left add up total number of chips and divide so each chip is worth a certain amount of money ie £1 million prize money left and there's a million chips in play each chip is worth £1. They could do this with the points won so far in the league if they can't finish the season.

Surely all that still happens if the games aren't played whatever the outcome.

To a much lesser degree.

It's being reported down south now that, rather than a £300m+ rebate for the games missed this season, Sky will just settle for  the PL making it up in additional games next season. We aren't being afforded such a luxury as BT's contract ends in the summer and has no way of being made up with extra games.

I don’t think it proves anything. I just think it is implausible that the club secretary tells others in real time that he has submitted it if he hadn’t. Far better ways to deal with it if he hadn’t - blame the boss, go quiet etc. Doesn’t stack up if the WhatsApps are real.

WhatsApp’s must be real - corroborated by ICT at the start

It doesn't stack up that that Eric Drysdale would claim he'd had death threats from Rangers fans when he hadn't, but he did.

They have effectively fucked up their own NIAR and this year’s league will be classed alongside Juve’s match fixing and Marseille buying the debut CL.

This this this!! Just for wind up purposes alone, if they somehow are declared champions this has to be every Rangers fans narrative to them!!

That won’t happen because it would be fair

Going to be even better when they railroad it through and UEFA step in in May and say haha nick ae this nonsense, season disbanded

They have tried to be clever here ,it’s only the championship and below that’s settled now ,they are still waiting on UEFA calling the big shot ,But very sneakily they are setting a precedent

Manipulation/coercion during a vote in a corporate environment is  a criminal offence. Coercion is also known as a duress crime, it is of course up to the Crown Office to decide if the evidence stands it up......a good reason why it should be in the public domain now, we have no friends in the CO.

Think the complaint to polis should be made. Think about it.

What are sellick proposes happens with win money? Divied equally or by the current league standing?

If they are colluding to Divy equally,  that is fraud as it removes from us our  current 2nd place price AND a possible 1st.  = wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.= FRAUD

If divied by current league standing it still denies us of possible 1st place  and next years european place advantage=wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.=FRAUD

This is just from Rangers perspective. Could make a case from other clubs except sellick i am sure.

Raith Rovers trying to railroad another club into voting the way they want.

Where they fucking sleeping the last couple of days.

Wanting a league you weren’t even close to winning you shameless bastards.

Always hated they wee cunts.

Got told a story a few weeks ago by a lifelong bear who's now in his 70's that Wee Bud and his wife have or did have a pub somewhere near there ground and whenever Rangers were playing them they would put on a big pot of soup for the Rangers fans and put a notice up saying FreeHomemade Soup to the away fans only 😂 P.s Sorry for going off topic.

This is the last thing we need right now . We don't want to appear to be 'bullying ' anyone at this time .

Agreed, Should just be telling them the evidence is massive and significant if indeed that is the case and asking them if they genuinely want to change The Alledged Corrupt Culture in Scottish Football then they have to trust Rangers, Man the fuck up and back us to the fucking hilt otherwise it's more of the same shite from the usual Culprits.

Agreed.

I think a few company law rules have been broken with what we know already.

  • Voting for the SPFL's proposal would mean payments would be drastically reduced for members
  • SPFL told members votes had to be in by a 5pm Friday deadline, when they had 28 days to respond
  • Clubs were told voting the SPFL's proposal through was the only option to get their money
  • Clubs reporting  of being coerced into agreeing to the proposal or not get their money
  • Combining league 1 and 2's votes
  • The Vote from the last member claimed to have not been received but the SPFL released the results anyway
