Is it the 42 clubs who are voting for an EGM? Therefore we need 31. I honestly don’t think we’ll be as far away as people think.

Or is it the SPFL premier clubs only?

I think you can forget most , if not all of the ones on the spfl board . Motherwell,  Hamilton , Dunfermline , Alloa , Brechin . Dont know about Ayr right enough .

All clubs get a vote ,it’s very well loaded though ,

I can see us getting close to half way numbers wise ,it won’t win the vote but it will keep pressure on for change

I still think it will pass, some may want to be free of the hold the SPFL have over them.

Also, Isn't a robust conversation admitting coercion?

Isn't any conversation by the governing body before a vote coercion?

I think it could be seen as influencing the vote, coercion has to include threats.

I'm pretty sure that's the right definition, it's been a while since I studied that type of thing.

urbandictionary:-

robust conversation
Rich Lobbyist code speak for "Take this money and do what I say."
We do look forward to having more robust conversations about this. We would like to have more robust conversations about this.

Its 75% of Premiership, 75% of Championship and 75% of Leagues 1&2 combined. Not 75% in total.

Hamilton, Motherwell, St Mirren and Livingston will put it to an end.

There’s absolutely no way we get nine votes in Premiership.

So the vote is on Tuesday..

I expect the SPFL to announce the result of vote on Monday night..

Genuinely think this might happen. Been told constantly that they can't but these fucks do what they want.

Apologies if wrong mate, but isnt it 11 of 12 clubs in Premiership have to vote for it, and then 75% of the rest? Or did I hear that wrong when (I think) English spoke about it today

That was reconstruction. I know it's a mind fuck how this whole organisation works!

Yeah I didn’t realise it was 75% in every league, thought it was 75% overall.

Who’s going to hire Deloitte for an inquiry?  😉

I wonder if there will be any ramifications within Deloitte. Like them or loathe them, they rely on their reputation, and being involved in a sham independent inquiry, the details of which must  surely come out  in any truly independent inquiry, may lead them to disclose the exact scope of the enquiry, i.e.  Look at this, but nothing else.

The clubs that have places in the board won’t back it

The clubs who voted no last time will vote for it

it’s how the rest vote that’s key ,some on both sides will have close relationships with other clubs I expect them to follow their friends ,so it’s likely to be around 50 /50 but even that shows their is appetite for change

Doubt it, struggling to think of one. He even trumps Michael Stewart.

Was that not for league reconstruction. I always thought the resolution for an II was a straight 75% of full membership.
