Then to get it passed the vote had to be rigged once it was seen to be about to fail. Those two acts have led to the current chaos. I could go on but I will leave that to the Hearts QC. Wrong season you've got. 2002/2003 Motherwell finished bottom of the SPL and were spared relegation as Falkirk's ground didn't come up to scratch and they were refused a ground-share. As you pointed out a few months ago, different competition, spl not spfl. There were rules in place that dealt with the Falkirk situation at the time.
