Is it true that it came out in court today that the SPFL actually received Dundee's much-maligned vote in time, first time? seen a comment from Mark Dingwall with a screenshot from someone called Ian MacLeod claiming so. If so, does that not (or at least should in our cesspit) raise serious questions?

Pond dwellers basically saying that if you continue down this road we will kick you out of football. Unbelievable.

It is unbelievable, The SPFL is a private limited company by shares, If the company goes under the liability is limited between it's shareholders. The SPFL directors maladministration of the Good Friday vote created this situation Hearts and PT.

The shareholders were asked to vote on a resolution on how to conclude business and receive payment of fees, the SPFL directors messed it up when they allowed Dundee to change it's vote after announcing the results, which is not allowed in company law.  I think the SPFL should follow their own incorporation rules  and abide by company law rules instead of threatening clubs that they'll be booted out of the league.

I wish Hearts and PT the best of luck with this case.

Dundee vote was received.

I also note the bad guys are arguing that this is a football matter.

Arguing that football clubs are not companies.

Well why was our football club kicked to the 3rd division in 2012

There’s the whistleblowers evidence there

Somebody told Rangers they knew the Dundee vote was in .Can you all remember there was a story of a missing vote and the rumour was ICT ,Well the SPFL knew that only ICT and Dundee could be persuaded to change the vote to get the resolution through ,Maybe they also tried ICT and failed but managed to get heavy enough to get Dundee to change it .

Bunch of crooked cunts,

Cant remember exactly the time but reckon it was slightly after this time they called Aberdeen as they hadn’t yet voted and persuaded them that the vote was won in order for them to vote no to keep it simpler

Can someone 100% confirm if the QC did actually say SPFL received the Dundee bote at 16:48?

If that's accurate, that surely changes everything here?

Unless they can change their vote.

Does mean we were lied to though.

Always knew there was more to this than just giving the taigs a tainted title ,To me it’s a case of Doncaster saving his up an coming UEFA job ,hence him calling Aberdeen himself ,He’s told UEFA the vote is a formality he’s going to look a dick if it goes tits up .

the clubs need to sack him NOW

Aberdeen certainly as they knew the resolution had failed but needed to work on ICT and Dundee to get them to change ,reckon the ICT guy knows more than he has already said

If they reverse the relegation of Hearts they’ll still keep celtic as ‘champions’.

Feel like I’ve been saying this since May but surely to fuck Doncaster can’t keep his job if it is proved on a court of law that the original vote should’ve stood.

Dundee cast their vote.

That vote should stand.

The only way to change vote was for Dundee to contact the SPFL to request a change.

That didn’t happen.

Dundee were contacted by the SPFL and asked to hold back their vote and were obviously encouraged to change it.

That is not allowed.

The SPFL have fucked up big time.

They then contacted Aberdeen to tell them the “result” of an incomplete vote.

Again that is not allowed.

They put in a false voting deadline.

Again that is not allowed.

They lied about the options open to clubs to receive their own money by saying “its this way or none”.

This is nothing to do with football, it’s how a company has lied to its members and owners.

The SFA have no jurisdiction over this and for the SPFL to claim it should go back to them is not only laughable but shows how desperate they really are.
