SPFL currently pissing themselves laughing.

Hearts and PL can go back to court?

Only if they can show there's been an error in law I think. Not happening, it's over, the corruption will continue. Probably be ramped up as they know they can act with impunity

Fact!

Oh aye, looks like it right enough. The cabal clearly quaking in their boots.

No compo, paying legal costs and no doubt a fine for breaching the rules.

Should see HoM in admin soon enough.

Aye the cabal are just shiting it from our plan.

Mulraney and McKenzie have done a number on them big time. Expect them to pay the legal fees and pay up for this disrepute charge also.

Or Hearts haven't had anywhere near the case that they made out. Of the three on the panel, Hearts/Thistle picked one of them and one was agreed by both sides.

When you're asking for compensation equivalent to 3x that of the the prize money the Premiership champions get for winning the title, it was always likely to be tossed out.

No compensation either.

No worries, our board will sort that shower of white with their plan.

Couldn't make this shite up.

OK let's be objective.

Hearts / Thistle got it to Court when Rangers struggled. We couldn't even  then get the freebie investigation backed.

I personally thought the case would be concluded with relegation remaining, compo awarded, and faults with the spfl identified.

Given that the arbitration seem to have said there's no fault on the part of the spfl, what should Rangers have done that would have changed this decision?

Removing the hyperbole, what could/ should have been done that wouldn't have just played to a gallery and would actually have impacted on today?

Natural justice doesn't work like that. If it is corruption we are seeing it'll be exposed, there's no way a bent regime can continue without reproach

Was it a case of no sliding scale of compo? Ie awarded the full lot or nothing?

I know but you would think the 3 QCs would agree that some sort of compensation was due through an increased parachute payment. They just got shafted.

Wait, I thought the judge sent it to arbitration with the intention that if it fails, it went back to the court?

Surely HoM and PT haven't agreed to the arbitration decision with no compo?

The 3 QCs agreed. Including HoM and PT choice.
