Conspiracy No1 . Hearts and Partick take hush hush smaller  undisclosed compo deal . In return for being silenced . So the spfl and Sfa can claim a victory

And not pissing off their fans for accepting such a low compo award

It would come out through the documents they got some sort of comp. They got fuck all but a heavy spanking.

I know but you would think the 3 QCs would agree that some sort of compensation was due through an increased parachute payment. They just got shafted.

If theyd increased parachute payments, they'd have opened themselves up to paying out an increased one next year too. They wouldn't get getting anything as a goodwill geture to soften the blow but only if found that the SPFL were wrong to relegate them. By agreeing the relegation was acceptable, there was never any likelihood of chucking them a few quid on top by means of apology.

The only likely way they would have got any compo was if they agreed SPFL shouldn't have relegated but there was now no means to reverse that.

So.... Deloitte investigation done that quickly no one even knew it was happening. Arbitration done "behind closed doors" and the decision on quite an important issue made quite quickly.

Rangers Euro licence for 2011 it took them what a year to decide/couldn't find anything to charge on...aye everything's fine move on.

Oh aye, looks like it right enough. The cabal clearly quaking in their boots.

No compo, paying legal costs and no doubt a fine for breaching the rules.

Should see HoM in admin soon enough.

Aye the cabal are just shiting it from our plan.

So given the spfl have been found in the right it seems you're only to congratulate the Board for saving us being included in the costs and spfl charges? 😂

What should they have done that would have changed this income? Genuine question.

Where the fuck is the 'whistleblower'? and our 'dossier of evidence'? was that all just rhetoric until the season tickets and 'MyGers' subsciptions were sold?

Arbitration was always going to be done behind closed doors.

OK let's be objective.

Hearts / Thistle got it to Court when Rangers struggled. We couldn't even  then get the freebie investigation backed.

I personally thought the case would be concluded with relegation remaining, compo awarded, and faults with the spfl identified.

Given that the arbitration seem to have said there's no fault on the part of the spfl, what should Rangers have done that would have changed this decision?

Removing the hyperbole, what could/ should have been done that wouldn't have just played to a gallery and would actually have impacted on today?

We had no real case to pursue once the teams voted against an investigation ,Had we pushed playing the season out who knows when it would have restarted due to it needing legal action ,clubs would have went to the wall with such a delay and it would be all our fault ,fuck all to do with a corrupt process causing it .

Genuinely sad for what this country has become ,A total sham driven by bigoted fenian bastards who have the faux religious card to play should you ever dare call them out

The board could not, but not that we will ever do anything anyway.

"We will not be found wanting" springs to mind.

It's our MO. The mold is set. We are changing nothing, nor going after any cabal. There is no plan. There is no evidence of a plan. The only people our board are after, are our fans. Firstly for our money, then to tell us we are not welcome.

Smelling the coffee would be the better part of valour and reducing the BP.

It will be down to the field of play in a rigged competition and the chances of overcoming that are slim.

Whit?

Yous were told at the time when the Rangers board were claiming they wouldn't be found wanting that it was just bluster to get money in the door and look like they were doing something.

They are also paying the legal fees now and may get fined from SFA for taking the legal route

True, but let's not pretend we had a plan ffs. Absolute fucking fantasy, then the board turn around and shaft the fans with the BLM shite.

Aye they're going after the cabal right enough

In an alternate universe!
