So the two teams involved in the Covid players scandal chosen.
You couldn’t make it up.....but then you realise it’s the SPFL and it all makes sense. Absolute clowns running our game.

There reasoning for not allowing us will be that Glasgow is in a part lockdown again, I mean we could cram about 50/100 people into a small pub but god forbid you let 300 people into a 50k seater stadium.

100 people should not be in a small pub just now anyway ,any license holder doing this just now is risking his business

Bring on the second wave 😅

Its still fascinating that so many folk see all these conflicting measures introduced by govt to control us, even making young (under 65s) healthy citizens lose their jobs, push them into poverty, stop them socialising, increase depression, withdraw critical health screening, denying dental care etc and they still believe it all and are shitey feart 😂

From an experimental view the results are spectacular at how countries can control their populations freedom under the pretense its to keep you SAFE from a super deadly virus! Virus mostly kills 80 and over with underlying conditions and not even everyone of those dies.

Are folk to live like this to stop 80yr olds dying off ffs, are we wanting to be immortal now?

And this covidiot patter is fuckin honkin, its like public shaming by the woke mob. Designed to shame people wanting to live their life without rules of what and what they cant do, who they can and cant see, where they can travel to and cant.

The same folk using that patter are the ones driving in their cars themselves with their wee paper mask on and windows up when the deaths are lower than choking on food and the infections are so low and some not even showing symptoms.

Got told to comply to flatten the curve, save the nhs. Done it. Now the hospitals are empty and the staff sitting about doing fuck all compared to this time last year when they were providing the public the service we pay for and were treating people for illness other than a virus.

Now look at everyone, sitting about waiting to find out like wee wains if they are allowed out to play each day with that fuckin rat on the tele.

Take a couple of blues mate 👍

But if you opened BF1 those 300 would all be rammed in the concourse and bogs at half time.  Get your point but there is no way you will get a group of 17-25 yr olds to maintain any discipline.  Therein lies the problem.

Even looking at general support getting anything more than say 10000 in will create difficulties in access and exit from the stadium and the concourses and toilets.

Of course you don't stick the 300 in just one section, it becomes more of a problem once the stadium starts to open up more but if we keep going the way we currently are having even 10k by the end of the season seems unlikely.

People keep saying about waiting for a vaccine until going back until normal, we could never get one so some sort of normality is needed at some point.

Not really bothered about this tbh 300 in a stadium would have no positive impact. Needs to be much, much more or its pointless. What will they possibly learn from this anyway?

Agreed mate, chelsea played at brigton a few weeks back with 2500 + fans in a much smaller stadium and it went ok.  300 in ibrox seems a complete of time to me.

Sorry mate i didnt make that clear, you can still have structure and adherance to laws you just dont shut down the economy and dictate peoples freedom to live. You know how it was in February. Not that long ago. Ask yourself a serious question, when are you "allowed" to get back to the way things were. The next thing is a largely untested vaccine in the pipeline and if you dont take it you will have less freedoms.

It’s a load of shite.  It’ll go like this:

300 - no cases

1000 - no cases

10,000 - no cases

15,000 - 1 case, scrap it all and play behind closed doors again.

just fucking open it up, if your worried about Covid, don’t go.

Yeah I agree. Don't go if your are old have underlying conditions or generally fear getting it. The rest of us need to be able to move on its been 6 months.

Really dont know why anybody is wanting  to return to anything other than a full house as i can only imagine the uproar with only 500 in the ground when someone sings a song.  Polis booting in your door at 5am because you sang a few "choice" lyrics

For a start the only way we'll ever get to 50K is by demonstrating to the government we can safely manage much lesser numbers.

Nothing happens up here without that mob being at the heart of it. Nothing.

Has it been confirmed yet its only home fans permitted access at these restricted venues?

Sky sports confirmed its home fans , but agree no matter the situation in Glasgow they’ll have fans at their next home game

Spurs are looking at half capacity in October.

Cambridge are getting in 2,500 in an 8,000 seater stadium.

Motherwell and us would’ve been the perfect scenario to hold a test event this weekend. Motherwell holds 13,000, could easily be looking at 5,000 at least.

Instead it’s held at Aberdeen, a 20,000 seater stadium with 300 people in it lol
