Hypothetically if the lower tier at Ibrox was all standing with a few extra entrances and bigger concourses it would be a lot easier to keep distances between fans. Singing may not entirely be allowed according to the rules but face masks are mandatory so how would anyone know it was you? Would actually be a better test event than either that are planned this weekend.
