Makes seriously grim reading, it's no like Gerrard has not been backed significantly.

He has been backed to the hilt and been allowed to discard players without trying to develop them

That's something our club has a habit of doing, letting promising youngsters leave before we know if they could compete at a higher level.

I'm not prepared to accept failure season in season out. At some point fans will start to drift away, it's happened before, during the John Greig management era.

@eskbankloyal post your stats from earlier.

Assuming it’s the away stats but:

in 2020 we’ve played 10 domestic away games. 4 wins, 3 draws, 3 defeats. Of the 6 games we didn’t win we were winning in 4 of them.

The 4 wins - 2 were against Hamilton the other 2 were 1-0 wins v Aberdeen & Ross County.

It’s grim.

This thread wouldn't exist if the linesmen hadn't fucked us yesterday.

They could have chopped the goal off but there’s a fair chance Hibs would have scored again anyway. It’s  what this team of shitebags do

If Hibs second had rightfully been called offside we could held on to a 2-1 lead and won the game.  We have the best defense in the league.

Not for wanting him gone as it seems we’ve attempted the flashy tippy tappy stuff under warburton, went foreign with the disastrous Pedro and attempted from promoting within having murty and now we’re on the unproven manager big name player type.

personally for me it’s a mentality thing that you can’t buy- since promotion I think we’ve gone 5 games winning once or twice at the most, so statistically we are due a points drop every 5 league games  which when up against a relentless celtic team will only see us finish 2nd.

we can say he’s been backed all we want but without players having the desire of brown and that rat McGregor in the middle of the park we can sign all the nice footballers you want- it won’t win anything in Scotland.
