MacBoyd 5,328
Why would celtic want this postponed any more than us? No decent amount of fans will be in stadiums till at least spring.

So either its behind closed doors or postponed nothing is changing in the 16 days after the 1st Why would that game be different from the other games KK, I don't see games down south between the top teams being postponed because there is no crowd. I think at the moment it is bullshit, but time will tell.

Don't cancel matches, going to have the same issue weeks or months down the line.. Absolutely, close the pubs if needed. I am sure there is huge demand down south for people to go to the pub to see games but so far they are being played as the fixture list.

Fears were raised this morning as reports suggested the celtic vs Rangers clash may have to be postponed due to government ruling. But it is now understood that the match will go ahead as planned, but with no supporters in attendance. From the Herald. 👍 That earlier piece was written hours before Nippy made her statement, it was obviously done without any knowledge of what was coming. Waste of the writers time that was for sure. esquire8 41,914
Tarriers were always going to make this play of there was no fans. They done everything they can to get the game last in the 1st round of schedules and that happened. Now they will get this postponed until fans can be let in, which will probably be next year. This doesn't benefit the SPFL, SFA or any other team except the tarriers.

Have celtic ever needed a valid reason to try and get a game cancelled if it suited their agenda? andyhrfc 2,242
Can’t see any reason to cancel this other that positive Covid tests. Happy for this to go ahead, more confident of beating them than beating Motherwell at the weekend.
