Nul and void was apparently never even on the table last season. So many reasons for it that it was said it simply wasn't a viable option as clubs and authorities could be sued for something that effectively never happened.
Doubt anythings changed with contracts, and we're a fair bit away from it even needing to be considered, but if it does come to similar issue to last season and we're still top of the table then we'll see if it is on the table then.

The forfeited game goes in the record as a 3-0 win or loss so it should count, imagine you were the team that could field a team but your player doesn't finish his suspension due to the other team
I think the rules are different if say a team pulls out the league/goes bust and all fixtures are voided,
