This could be a tricky one with them playing before us. If they win it puts a lot of pressure on us.

I think we may rest Helander, Barisic, Hagi and Davis.

McGregor

Tav Goldson Balogun Bassey

Arfield Kamara Jack

Jones Morelos Kent

Rangers 3 Ross County 0.

None of this 433 pish at home, thank you very much.  Think Borna's struggling a bit and both he and Helander are likely going to play some internationals, so no need to overload them.  Would be tempted to put Itten in for Alfie too, but can't make my mind up.

Don't know why people are dropping helander think he's our best defender tbh.

He is.  But he's had a questionable injury record and was probably introduced earlier into the season than SG planned.

Also, not that we should ever be cowing to what national teams do, but Sweden have 3 games in the space of a week and he's likely going to see a decent portion of that.  So no need to overload him with minutes.

I'd be tempted to rest Davis, Helander and Barasic.. Although the same argument can be made for Hagi and Kamara, I reckon those 2 are likely to handle it better.  All of them have 3 international games within a week and it's likely all of them will play a big part for their countries... Not to mention we play the tarriers afew short days after they return.

Morelos is also likely to be called up by Colombia, but i don't think he'll see as much minutes.

Arfield just needs to keep playing, we can't interrupt his current form.

McGregor needs to stay in goals, not a fan of the alternating goalkeepers nonsense. Stick with your number 1, it's not a position to fuck about with.

McGregor

Tav - Goldson - Balogun - Bassey

Jack - Kamara

Hagi - Arfield-  Kent

Morelos

If we are right up for this one we could seriously murder this mob. Strongest, sharpest team, get the goals then make key subs. Hopefully Davis makes way for a more attacking player as we don't need him and Kamara at home, Arfield and Kamara have more threat about them but can also do the defensive cover if need be.

                McGregor

Tav Goldson Helander Borna

        Arfield Kamara

Jones        Hagi.         Kent

                  Morelos
