TopCat 4,511
Alfredo really is a top class player that could play in any league in the world and shine. So glad he is still with us as we chase 55. We are lucky to have him.

Laudrupsleftfoot 10,584
I'm just amazed we managed to keep hold of him. It's true he's been well below his best but that performance against Benfica was unbelievable.
Lord Lockin 3,900
Obviously I don't see every team in the Europa League but with his goals and performances over the last couple of seasons surely the Buff must be near the top as the best forward in the competition

Ger_onimo 20,488
If you’d told me this time last that we’d be top of the league, scoring a shit load of goals and Morelos was still here but barely scoring any of them, I’d have thought you were mental
Smile 26,592
He's stood still while the other players have moved on and improved, if he wants a move he will have to play much better than that today. He started some of Aberdeen's most promising moves.

This isn't true. His pass completion rate has been very high for most of the season (above 80%). For a striker Morelos vary rarely gives the ball away. There was a slack pass or two today but let's not pretend that's the norm.

I'm not saying its any particular % of pass conversion. I'm not saying he has a poor pass completion. But its not the 1st time this season or longer where we've seen his lay offs going to the opposition and leaving us exposed. Its sloppy and needless when it happens. There was 5 slack passes today from him. Its not even the frustration of that number for me. Its the needless ones which put us in danger as our team shapes up for attack and he puts the opposition on the counter needlessly.
